SMT Assembly

At our SMT assembly station we use fully optical equipment with automatic loaders. Placing fine-pitch and BGA assemblies. Producing from single one-off prototypes to small and medium size batches. Each circuit board undergoes a systematic automated optical inspection (AOI).

PTH Assembly

Hand and wave soldering assembly options to support both axial and radial components.
Producing from single one-off prototypes to small and medium size batches. Exteryo Lab has acquired overall skills and expertise to address the needs of the railway, medical, lighting and power industries.
We develop surface finishes with mechanical components and apply Conformal Coating to ensure excellent circuit board protection.
